Super central location not far from other transport links, center of West Berlin, and Christmas markets. Charlottenburg district was worth staying in. - There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was decent.

We booked double room and liked it.

brand-new, extremely pleasant room with soaring ceiling, nespresso machine plus great decor. very convenient area, comfy and ideal location, near the main sights and bus stop. again, walking distance to kaiser wilhelm memorial church.

We had an exceptional stay with practical amenities including Twin beds, a bathtub, and a Shower.

Location couldn't be better. You don't even need to walk and there's lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, transport etc. The room was very clean. The staff was always prompt and responsive.

The place would need to be refubished. Except the common areas, furniture is very old and the building itself isn't in great conditions (e.g. squeaking floor, thin walls). There is no wifi in the rooms, it kept disconnecting and even when connected it was awfully slow - not worth the 5 euros/24 hours they ask for.

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff resolved our issue with our room assignation (see below) professionally and with courtesy,

We were initially assigned a smokers' room in spite of having specifically asked for a non-smokers' room. There was some difficulty in obtaining an alternative room, but eventually the hotel upgraded us withough charge. However I do not believe that we should have benn put in this position at all.

The breakfast had a wide array of superb options and was varied and exemplary. the location was excellent and unbeatable, with easy access to Stage Theater des Westens. - Actually everything was first-class, my next choice again in Berlin.

My parents stayed there. They loved breakfast and position of the hotel. It is a bit worn out, but they even liked it. "Smells like old real Berlin". Real volue for money!!

Luxurious family-friendly hotel with astonishing courtyard views. Comfortable bed, really good bathroom and practical amenities like an electric kettle, mini fridge bar, and air conditioning in the room. - Convenient location within a short walk to museums, cafes, shops, and restaurants for gastronomic dining and exploring Christmas markets. - Very good service provided by the staff.

It does not correspond to a 4 star hotel, it is a middle 3 star hotel. No internet possibilities in the room.Old furntiure, very small tv, very simple bathroom, bad smell in the bathroom, nois from the rail in the room

I liked the most its' closeness to the metro, plenty of shops around, a very good breakfast. Very convenient to get to the airport.

A tiny bath-tube, rather unpleasant smell in the corridors.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the staff members are efficient and friendly, making it a wonderfully relaxing place to stay.

Location is close to most attractive places in Berlin for shoping, caffees and restaurants along with good price.

The staff are nearly invisible for any help.
